Travelers going through ECP manage occasion travel delays

All over the country a few group have seen their vacation flights either dropped or postponed, and it's the same in Bay County.

A few group who were expecting to come to the ocean side for Christmas, ran into certain hiccups as they went into Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.

The Thyen Family ran into this issue as they went in from Minnesota.

Despite the fact that they had the option to come to the ocean side, the cycle to arrive certainly took longer than they anticipated.

"It's been alright generally. Aside from our flight change and on second thought of having a three-hour delay in Charlotte, NC. Transformed into around a six-hour delay, three of it, I mean two of it was arranged. And afterward we had a postponement in light of the fact that there were support issues on the plane. Also it deferred us one more hour," Sarah Thyen, going from Minneapolis, MN, said.

Thyen says she and her family left their inn in Minnesota around 3:30 Saturday morning.

They didn't show up at Northwest Florida Beaches International until around five that evening.
